Evion Group NL Announces $2.69 Million Rights Issue

BlackEarth Minerals NL (AU:EVG) has released an update.

Evion Group NL is launching a non-renounceable rights issue to raise approximately $2.69 million, offering shareholders the chance to buy one new share for every three they own. The funds will be used to expand their joint venture production in India, advance projects in Madagascar, and develop a battery anode material plant. Eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand can participate in this offer.
