Everyman Media Group Share Acquisition

Everyman Media (GB:EMAN) has released an update.

Everyman Media Group PLC has announced that Blue Coast Private Equity L.P. acquired 750,000 ordinary shares at 53.0 pence each, on 30 July 2024. This transaction increased Blue Coast’s stake to 29.2% of the company’s issued share capital, with non-executive director Michael Rosehill also serving as a director of Blue Coast.
