Everyday People Financial Inc has expanded its portfolio by signing an agreement to acquire CCS Group Holdings Limited, alongside securing C$6.0 million in debt financing from a major UK bank. The acquisition of CCS, a debt collection service provider in the UK, is expected to bolster Everyday People’s market position and contribute up to C$1.4 million in annual EBITDA.
