Evertz Technologies (TSE:ET) has released an update.

Evertz Technologies Limited successfully conducted its Annual General and Special Meeting, where shareholders voted on key company matters. All management’s nominees for the board of directors were elected for the coming year, and BDO Canada LLP was re-appointed as the company’s auditors with the authorization for directors to set their remuneration. Additionally, the company’s stock option plan was re-approved, ensuring the continuation of this incentive mechanism for employees.
