Evertz Technologies Limited has announced a correction to their Proxy Form regarding voting options for the election of directors in their upcoming shareholders’ meeting. The intended options of ‘FOR’ and ‘AGAINST’ were mistakenly listed as ‘FOR’ and ‘WITHHOLD’. All votes previously marked as ‘withhold’ will now be considered as votes ‘against’ the election proposal.
