Evergrande Property Services Group Ltd. reported a slight increase in operating revenue of 1.2% for the first half of 2024, but witnessed a decrease in both gross profit margin by 4.2 percentage points and net profit margin by 4.9 percentage points compared to the previous year. Despite the challenges, the company achieved over 40% growth in newly signed contracted GFA from third parties, although the Board has decided not to pay any interim dividend for this period.
