Everest Medicines Ltd. (HK:1952) has released an update.

Everest Medicines Ltd. successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting with all proposed resolutions passed by shareholders, including the re-election of directors, the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as Auditor, and the approval of share repurchase and issuance mandates. Notably, resolutions concerning the remuneration of Directors and the issuance of performance target awards under the Post-IPO Share Award Scheme were also affirmed.
