Everest Medicines Ltd. has announced its Annual General Meeting to be held in Shanghai on 28 June 2024, where it will present the audited financial statements, re-elect its board members, and re-appoint its auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers. Shareholders will also consider granting the directors the authority to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s shares and issue additional shares, subject to regulatory compliance.
