Anglo African Agriculture (GB:EVST) has released an update.
Everest Global plc successfully passed all resolutions during their Annual General Meeting, including the adoption of annual accounts, reappointment of auditors, and approval of directors’ remuneration policy. Shareholders showed overwhelming support with a 100% vote in favor of most resolutions and nearly unanimous agreement on all matters.
