Ever Glory United Holdings Limited has successfully completed the issuance of 4,125,000 Tranche B Consideration Shares following its acquisition of Fire-Guard Engineering Pte. Ltd. With this allotment, the total issued shares of the company have risen to 173,525,000. These shares will be listed on the Catalist of the Singapore Exchange and will commence trading on 7 June 2024.
