Eventbrite, Inc. is undergoing significant boardroom changes as Kevin Hartz, the Board Chairman, announced he will not seek re-election at the upcoming Annual Meeting. Concurrently, Julia Hartz, the CEO, has been named the next Chair of the Board, with this change taking effect the same day. Additionally, Steffan Tomlinson stepped down from the Board and his role as Audit Committee Chair, a position now filled by Helen Riley.
