EV Minerals Corporation has extended its non-brokered private placement financing to August 30, 2024, aiming to raise up to $1.3 million by issuing up to 50 million common shares at $0.026 each. The funds will be used for corporate strategy, working capital, and general corporate purposes. The offering’s completion is contingent upon necessary approvals, including from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
