EV Minerals Corporation has announced a private placement financing aiming to raise $1.3 million by offering 50 million shares at $0.026 each, to bolster its working capital and fund corporate strategies. The Saguenay-based Canadian exploration company, specializing in its nickel-copper-cobalt McNickel deposit, is awaiting regulatory approvals before closing the offering, which will have a statutory hold period. The raised funds will support the re-evaluation of their historically significant McNickel deposit, which is being considered for advanced extraction techniques.
