This move will see the securityholders of the target company holding 70% of the new entity, which will focus on the Santa Monica Copper Project in Chile. The Santa Monica Project, located in the Tres Puntas Mining District, is a 3,490-hectare land package with past-producing mines and significant exploration potential. The project benefits from existing infrastructure, a Small Miner’s Permit for near-term production, and a permitted processing site, positioning it well for future growth and regional consolidation in copper production.
