EuroSports Global Ltd. has announced the completion of an independent valuation of Scorpio Electric Pte. Ltd. (SEC), a subsidiary in its group, to support its annual financial review. EverEdge Pte. Ltd. conducted the valuation using a discounted cash flow analysis based on SEC’s forecasted financials for the years 2025 to 2031. This valuation is critical in determining the recoverable amount of SEC’s business, providing insight into the enterprise value as of 31 March 2024.
