Euroseas Ltd. announces its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on July 16, 2024, where shareholders will vote on the election of a Class B Director and the appointment of Deloitte as independent auditors. Shareholders can access meeting materials online and are encouraged to vote by proxy in advance, with the possibility of revoking their proxy if attending in person.
