Europlasma Schedules Shareholder Meeting for September

Europlasma SA (FR:ALEUP) has released an update.

Europlasma SA has announced an Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting for shareholders on September 24, 2024, to deliberate on the financial accounts of the previous year, following a delay due to the acquisition of MG-Valdunes’ assets. Shareholders will be represented by an ad hoc representative appointed by the Mont-de-Marsan Commercial Court.
