European Metals Holdings Completes Australian Move

European Metals Holdings Limited (AU:EMH) has released an update.

European Metals Holdings Limited has successfully registered as an Australian company, which is expected to bring significant cost savings and operational efficiency. The redomiciliation from the British Virgin Islands will also potentially aid in securing European development funds for their Cinovec project. The company will re-admit to AIM, with ordinary shares to commence trading around 10 May 2024, allowing for electronic holding, transferring, and settling of shares through UK and Australian systems.
