European Metals Holdings Limited announced that its non-executive director, Lincoln Bloomfield Jr., has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 123,400 Ordinary Shares. With this transaction, he now holds 525,000 shares, which represents 0.25% of the company’s issued share capital. The acquisition took place on the Australian Securities Exchange and was valued at AUD$41,312.01.
