European Lithium Ltd. has announced its substantial ownership in Critical Metals Corp, holding 83.03% of the latter’s shares, valued at approximately US$678 million. This investment underscores European Lithium’s strategy to be a pivotal player in the lithium-ion battery supply chain in Europe. Details were revealed as part of Critical Metals’ presentation at the RIU Resources Round-Up Conference in Sydney.
