European Lithium Ltd. has announced a significant change in director Mykhailo Zhernov’s interests, with an acquisition of 5,585,298 listed options at $0.005 each, expiring in November 2025. This change comes after a shareholder-approved issue at the general meeting, adding to Zhernov’s already substantial holdings, which includes 10 million listed options, 5 million performance shares, and over 52 million ordinary shares. No trades were made during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
