Hilo Mining Ltd (TSE:FIN) has released an update.

European Energy Metals Corp. has finalized its acquisition of the Finnish Pegmatite Project, solidifying its position in the lithium market as Europe pushes for energy independence and environmentally friendly policies. The deal with Capella Minerals Ltd. included a $250,000 cash payment and 1.1 million common shares, alongside a 2% net smelter royalty to Capella. With this strategic move, the company looks forward to advancing its exploration program and contributing to the region’s burgeoning lithium supply chain.
