EuropaCorp has announced a capital increase through the issuance of 2,295,623 new shares after granting free shares to its employees, effective September 24, 2024. This move will raise the company’s total share capital to 42,642,802.04 euros, with the new shares becoming immediately available for trading on Euronext Growth Paris. The company, a leading European film and television production studio, has a rich history of international success since its founding by Luc Besson in 1999.
