Europa Oil & Gas Decides Against Serenity Licence Extension

Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) (GB:EOG) has released an update.

Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) PLC, an oil and gas exploration and production company, has announced that it will not seek an extension for its Serenity licence in the North Sea, which is set to expire on September 30, 2024. Consequently, the company will write off the capitalized costs associated with the Serenity project from its balance sheet. This decision is disclosed as inside information under the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
