Europa Metals to Sell Toral Project to Denarius

Europa Metals Limited (GB:EUZ) has released an update.

Europa Metals Ltd has announced a significant move to sell its 100% interest in the Toral Project to Denarius Metals Corp, granting Denarius the option to acquire an 80% ownership in its Spanish subsidiary. The proposed sale, valued at CAD 3.5 million, will be paid in Denarius equity and is subject to Europa shareholder approval. The transaction will enhance Europa’s portfolio by providing exposure to Denarius’s assets in Spain and Colombia, while aligning with EU’s climate transition goals.
