Europa Metals Ltd announces a General Meeting for shareholders to approve the sale of its subsidiary, EMI, to Denarius Metals Corp, which would result in Europa holding approximately 8.6% of Denarius’ common shares. This deal replaces previous options agreements and is expected to close by October 31, 2024, providing Europa exposure to Denarius’ portfolio in Spain and Columbia. Simultaneously, Europa Metals is pursuing the acquisition of Viridian Metals Ireland Limited and its Tynagh brownfield project.
