Europa Metals Ltd, a company specializing in lead, zinc, and silver development in Europe, has announced the appointment of BDO Audit Pty Ltd as its new auditor following the resignation of BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd. The appointment is in line with the restructuring of BDO WA’s audit practice and has been approved by ASIC. Shareholders will vote to confirm the new auditor at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
