Euromax Resources Ltd. has announced a debt settlement agreement to repay its outstanding debt of US$475,000 to Galena Resource Equities Limited by issuing 43,747,183 common shares. This transaction is intended to preserve the company’s cash for ongoing operations and will result in Galena increasing its ownership stake in Euromax to 55.82%. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is not expected to materially affect control of the company.
