Euromax Resources Ltd., a company focused on developing the Ilovica-Shtuka gold-copper project, has announced a delay in submitting its annual financial documents for 2023. The Ontario Securities Commission has flagged the company for missing the filing deadline, which is attributed to a change in reporting requirements following its recent listing on the TSXV. Euromax is working diligently to remedy the situation and expects to complete the filings by April 30, 2024.
