EuroDry (EDRY) has released an update.
EuroDry Ltd., a NASDAQ-listed provider of drybulk seaborne transportation, reported the outcomes of its 2024 Annual General Meeting, where shareholders re-elected Mr. Panagiotis Kyriakopoulos as Class A Director for a three-year term and approved Deloitte Certified Public Accountants, S.A. as independent auditors for the fiscal year. The company, which operates a fleet of 13 vessels, continues to manage its operations through its affiliated ship management companies.
