Eurocell plc has repurchased 17,306 of its ordinary shares at a consistent price of 180 pence per share as part of their ongoing share buyback programme. This transaction leaves the company with 1,342,000 shares held in treasury and a total of 102,302,760 shares with voting rights. Investors can use this figure to assess their stake under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
