Eurocell Announces Share Buyback on London Exchange

Eurocell (GB:ECEL) has released an update.

Eurocell plc has repurchased 20,025 of its own shares at a uniform price of 172.50 pence each, as part of a buyback initiative. This transaction leaves the company with 1,342,000 shares in treasury and an issued share capital of 102,063,393 shares available for voting. Investors can use this updated figure for calculating their shareholdings under regulatory requirements.
