Euro Sun Mining has successfully closed the second tranche of its private placement financing, raising over C$793,000 to fund its Rovina Valley Project and other corporate activities. The financing involved issuing over 15 million units, each comprising a common share and a warrant, with significant participation from the company’s directors and officers.
