Euro Sun Mining Inc. has initiated the process to have its Rovina Valley Project in Romania recognized as a ‘strategic project’ by the European Commission, which will aid Europe’s supply of critical minerals. The move comes after a favorable response from the Romanian government and aligns with the European Commission’s Critical Raw Materials Act. The company’s project, which boasts the second largest copper resource in Europe, is expected to contribute to job creation and Europe’s green energy initiatives.
