Eureka Group Holdings Limited has announced the closure of the unsolicited all-scrip off-market takeover bid by Aspen Group Limited after Aspen acquired a 35.87% stake in Eureka’s ordinary shares. The takeover offer officially ended on 28 May 2024, and subsequent to this, Eureka has provided a distribution schedule and a detailed list of their top 20 shareholders as of 6 June 2024, in line with ASX Listing Rules.
