Eureka Lithium Targets $1.25M in Private Placement

Eureka Lithium (TSE:ERKA) has released an update.

Eureka Lithium Corp plans to raise $1.25 million through a non-brokered private placement offering of over 8 million units at $0.15 each, aiming to fund its Quebec mineral exploration and for corporate purposes. The offering includes a common share and a purchase warrant per unit, with the latter allowing the purchase of an additional share at a set price within 24 months.
