Eureka Lithium Completes Major Financing Round

Eureka Lithium (TSE:ERKA) has released an update.

Eureka Lithium Corp has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $694,950 by issuing 4,633,000 units, each including a share and a purchase warrant. The funds raised are earmarked for exploration activities on their Nunavik properties and for covering general and administrative costs. This financing strategy, leveraging the LIFE Exemption, allows for the sale of securities without typical resale restrictions in Canada.
