Eureka Lithium Amends Financing Terms, Seeks Capital

Eureka Lithium (TSE:ERKA) has released an update.

Eureka Lithium Corp announces an amendment to the warrant terms in its non-brokered private placement financing, aiming to raise up to $1,250,000 for advancing Quebec mineral exploration and general corporate purposes. The warrants are now exercisable only with shareholder approval or if not exceeding the current share count, with the offering expected to close in late September 2024.
