Eureka Group Holdings Limited has announced the closure of the unsolicited takeover bid by Aspen Group Limited, with Aspen acquiring 35.87% of Eureka’s ordinary shares as of 28 May 2024. The closure follows the conditions outlined in ASX Listing Rule 3.4.2 and includes a distribution schedule and details of the top 20 shareholders as of 6 June 2024. No further action is required by shareholders in relation to the takeover offer.
