Eureka Group Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of John Whiteman as a new director effective from September 2, 2024. Upon his appointment, Whiteman holds no registered securities in the company, as disclosed in the Initial Director’s Interest Notice to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.1. The notice also confirmed that Whiteman has no interests in securities where he is not the registered holder nor any interests in related contracts.
