Eureka Group Holdings Limited has appointed Simon Owen as the new CEO, effective 12 September 2024, praised for his successful leadership at Ingenia Communities Group and anticipated to drive growth in the seniors rental market. In addition, Eureka welcomes John Whiteman as an Independent Non-Executive Director, bringing his extensive funds management expertise to the company’s board. The leadership changes align with Eureka’s growth strategy and the company is set to announce its full-year financial results on 28 August 2024.
