Eureka Acquisition Corp, a Cayman Islands exempted company, announced that on July 31, 2025, it deposited $150,000 into its trust account to extend the deadline for its initial business combination from August 3, 2025, to September 3, 2025. This extension was facilitated by Hercules Capital Management Corp, the company’s sponsor, through an unsecured promissory note. The note, which bears no interest, is payable upon the completion of the business combination or the company’s term expiry. The sponsor has the option to convert the note into private units of the company, which include Class A ordinary shares and rights to additional shares upon the business combination’s completion.
