Eurasia Mining (GB:EUA) has released an update.
Eurasia Mining PLC has announced a delay in the publication of its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2023, due to audit delays related to concentrate stock confirmation and accounting system upgrades. The company expects a four-week extension to complete the audit. Consequently, trading of Eurasia’s shares on AIM will be suspended starting July 1, 2024, with the risk of cancellation if the suspension lasts six months.
