Shareholders also approved the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company’s auditor, the amended stock option plan, and amendments allowing for the consolidation or subdivision of shares. Eupraxia, known for its DiffuSphere™ technology for drug delivery, continues its commitment to addressing areas of high unmet medical need.
