Etruscus Resources Seeks $1.25 Million in Private Funding

Etruscus Corp (TSE:ETR) has released an update.

Etruscus Resources Corp. is set to raise $1.25 million through a private placement, offering both flow-through and non-flow-through units for funding exploration initiatives and general capital needs. The proceeds will enhance the development of their Rock & Roll Property in the mineral-rich Golden Triangle. The financing structure includes share purchase warrants with a two-year exercise period.
