ETM Advances in Kvanefjeld Project Arbitration

Greenland Minerals Limited (AU:ETM) has released an update.

Energy Transition Minerals Ltd announces a key development in its arbitration against the Governments of Greenland and Denmark over the Kvanefjeld Rare Earths Project, as the Arbitral Tribunal has ruled to bifurcate the proceedings. This decision allows for separate hearings on jurisdictional objections before tackling the main issues of the exploitation licence and damages. The company is also pursuing parallel legal actions in Greenlandic and Danish courts to secure its rights to the Kvanefjeld Project.
