Ether Capital Corporation has received shareholder approval for a strategic transaction with Purpose Unlimited Inc. and Purpose Investments, which will see the company transform into an exchange-traded fund managed by Purpose Investments. This move, supported by an almost unanimous vote, will also involve Purpose Unlimited purchasing some of Ether Capital’s non-Ether assets. The anticipated closing date for the transaction is June 14, 2024.
