Ernexa Therapeutics Inc. completed the second closing of its private placement on June 9, 2025, issuing a total of 47,717,087 shares of common stock and 9,332,000 pre-funded warrants, raising approximately $6.0 million in gross proceeds. The company plans to use the funds for general working capital and debt repayment. Additionally, Ernexa is working to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s listing requirements by meeting the Stockholders’ Equity Standard, following a notice received in January 2025 regarding its Market Value of Listed Securities.
