Esstra Industries Inc., soon to be renamed Miivo Holdings Corp., has received approval for a corporate name change and will begin trading under the new name and ticker symbol MIVO on September 27, 2024. Additionally, the company is set to undergo a forward share split that will double its current number of common shares, with shareholders receiving one additional share for each share they own.
