Brennan McGreevy has been elevated from Group Vice President, Controller, to Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing the company’s accounting activities and compliance with financial regulations. Former Chief Accounting Officer John Farias transitions to a new operational role within the company. McGreevy, who brings over 13 years of experience from KPMG and is a Certified Public Accountant, has also entered into an indemnification agreement with the company, ensuring continued participation in officer compensation and benefit programs.
